Essential Care starts at $45/hr, Premium Care at $65/hr, and Elite Clinical at $95/hr. Rates may vary by market and caregiver experience. See our pricing page for full details.
Absolutely. Submit a schedule care request and our team will assign the best available match. You can also search by zip code and select a caregiver directly.
After your booking is confirmed, you receive a Stripe invoice. Payment is processed securely online. Caregiver payouts are handled separately through our platform.
Clients can cancel pending or confirmed bookings from their dashboard. Contact our care team for same-day changes or clinical escalations.
Apply through our caregiver registration page. Applications are reviewed by our admin team — you'll be notified once approved and can set your availability.
