By accessing or using Saint Abe's platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Saint Abe provides a technology platform connecting families with independent caregiver professionals. We coordinate matching, scheduling, and billing but do not directly employ caregivers in all jurisdictions. Care services are subject to availability in your area.

Bookings & Payments

Confirmed bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. Invoices are issued upon confirmation; payment is due per the terms on your invoice. Hourly rates correspond to the care tier selected at booking.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and treat caregivers with respect. Misrepresentation of care needs or abusive conduct may result in account termination.

Limitation of Liability

Saint Abe's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.
